Purpose/Overview

Manlift India Private Limited is looking for a result oriented leader with strong negotiation, influencing, communication and people management skills who is keen to be a part of an international growing business.

Objective

Responsible for overall controlling of the Administration; Hire Desk & Logistics activities along with Team Management of yard; Liasoning with Local Govt. Bodies ; Business development of Southern Region.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for controlling of Entire administration of yard
  • Liasoning with local government bodies, ensuring smooth functioning of the yard
  • Responsible for Hire-desk and Logistics activities, alongside Team Management
  • Handling the issues related to safety and securities
  • Overall Business development of Southern Region
  • Periodically review team, equipment and revenue performance in conjunction with team and line manager
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market development and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partners
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on the business conversation with business owners and decision makers
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face cold calling on business owners, email and networking
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • To follow up on payments and debtors with co-ordination of commercial department
  • AParticipates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering field
  • At least 10 years experience in handling the Business development; Team Management & Operations Activities
  • Sound Knowledge of Southern Region Market
  • Strong English and local language communication skills
  • Be able to manage personnel with different cultural backgrounds
  • Key Competencies – Analytical ability, negotiation skills, Team Management
