This role will be responsible for developing profitable and sustainable rental activities in line with the rental strategy and budget for targeted accounts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div> \n\n

Your role as an Account Manager Rental (AWP)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Participate in the definition of the rental strategy, to achieve annual plans and budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop rental revenue from national accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage own rental performance based on set of agreed KPI\u2019S and targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to the diversification efforts in growth with a core focus on Oil & Gas, Logistics & Warehousing and Maintenance (FM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Grow the non-rental revenue with a key focus on Transport, Damage Waiver and Damage recovery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide accurate, timely and complete management information, including but not limited to previous rental and  forecasted rental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide on time and accurate weekly reports. Maintain 100% accuracy across all team weekly Google sheets including Pipelines, Radars and commercial management sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in the professionalization and structuring of the equipment rental process, including CRM system and key account management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Closely work with the Commercial Manager and Marketing to agree on the necessary marketing tools and actions to support the rental function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain up-to-date commercial skills, market and product knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in fairs, trade shows and other relevant events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To follow up on payments, support collections and debtors with co-ordination with the Commercial Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
