How Manlift Focus on Delivering The Best Training Experience

At Manlift we attach paramount importance to ensuring that operators are competent and trained to ensure safety and efficiency whilst working at heights. Through the training offered at our certified IPAF training centres, we can ensure that this is provided in the best possible experience.

In this video our Regional Training, Safety and Compliance Manager – Rob Cavaleri discusses his role in ensuring that our teams provide the best training experience which includes overviewing how we manage our fleet from a technical perspective, monitoring our SHEQ Performance and promoting continuous improvement via our operating system which is The Manlift Way.

He discusses the core safety training activities at Manlift which revolve around MEWP operator training however this expands from just the operator to cover MEWPs for Managers training as well as Load & Unload, Risk Assessment, Harness and Lanyard as well as certified PASMA training.

Watch below to learn more about how we deliver the best training experience:

Our team of trainers are certified PAL cardholders with some even holding SHEQ qualifications which provide competency and allows them to give the best advice to our customers. In the last two years, our training centres have generated approximately 3,000 PAL card licenses which mean approximately 3,000 competent MEWP operators.

MEWPs are our business and supported statistically they are already the safest way of working at height, however, the weakest link lies in how they are managed and operated. As leaders in the industry, our customers expect us to provide the best training solutions and advice on how to keep their and our employees safe.
