Junior Sales Specialist



Responsible for seeking out sales opportunities throughout the territories as assigned and maximising sales opportunities on both new and used access platforms, associated spare parts and annual maintenance contracts.

Organisational Structure

Direct report to Sales Manager, UAE and work along side Sales Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales in targeted area 
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal methods.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry out a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Maximises all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors (with Manager’s assistance).
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business needs.
  • Updates Sales Force database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face cold calling on business owners, email and networking.
  • Supports marketing in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Sales Force to maintain accurate records to maximise territory potential.
  • Selling IPAF training - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Adhere to Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct Policies.
  • To follow up on payments in co-ordination with Credit Control Department

  • 2+ years experience selling – industry experience advantageous but not essential.
  • UAE or convertible drivers licence
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer service
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Proven ability in achieving sales targets
  • IT literate, with advance Excel skills
  • Proven skills in administration and data management
  • Fluent English - Written and spoken communication. Arabic desirable
