Purpose/Overview
Coordinates with operation functional team members engaged in Hire Desk, Logistics, Technical Service, Parts Management, Procurement, Operators Management, Customer Support Department, Training, SHEQ, and TMW as and when required and advised by OH. Drives efficient reporting, and review to increase the operation department efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Noting the MOM points discussed and required follow up during the daily review meeting.
- Noting the MOM points discussed and required follow up during the weekly review meeting with respective department.
- Follow up with hire desk for dispatch, pick up, agreement, customer issues related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with logistics for vehicle planning, pick up status, customer issues, invoicing, logistics PO related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with parts manager for inventory, stock, consumptions, in-out related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with technical managers for first check, repair line, workshop stages, parts planning issues related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with CSD team related to pending open work orders and status report, tech travel and site expenses report which required.
- Follow up with procurement related to open PR, pending orders delivery, vendor payment issues related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with operator management for operator’s induction, reduction, deployment and availability related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up with SHEQ and TMW for 5S, KPI, Improvement initiatives, NMs, Incident, Audit points, ISO related pending points and reports which required.
- Follow up for training requirements, competency and skill mapping reports from respective operation functional manager related to the team.
- Help to OH for ensuring that work procedures are meeting or exceeding rental desk, operational and customer demands including requirements in line with our KPI’s and our continuous improvement goals and targets. Key existing “standard timing for processes” will be measured and improved upon.
- Interprets instructions and requirement asked by OH to pass on the respective functional team as and when required.
- Cohesive coordination and follow up required to get the report as per the instructions and guidance from OH only.
- Daily reporting to the Country Operations Manager provided in a timely manner.
- Works within the organisations “Code of Conduct” “SHEQ” “Operational Excellence”.
- The Country Operations Manager may assign other duties as and when required.

Requirements
- ITI (Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, welder, painter etc.) or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Experience in the MEWPs, earthmoving equipment, Gen set industry, material handling equipment is necessary.
- Enthusiastic and Self-motivated.
- Team Player.
- Familiar with usage of Mobile/ Tablet apps.
- Understanding of English, Hindi , Local Language will be an advantage.
