This role will be responsible for developing profitable and sustainable rental activities in line with the rental strategy and budget for targeted accounts.

About the job

Responsible to develop profitable and sustainable equipment sales activities in line with the  overall Manlift international sales strategy and budget.

Your role as an Account Manager Commercial

  • Participate in the definition of the sales strategy, to achieve annual plans and budgets
  • Develop sales revenue from equipment sales
  • Manage own sales performance based on set of agreed KPI’S and targets
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partners
  • Provide accurate, timely and complete management information, including but not limited to  previous sales and forecasted;
  • Participate in the professionalization and structuring of the equipment sales process, including  CRM system and key account management tools;
  • Closely work with the marketing department to agree on the necessary marketing tools and  actions to support the sales function;
  • Maintain up to date selling skills, market and product knowledge
  • Participate in international fairs, trade shows and other relevant events.

Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of aerial work platform or industrial equipment market, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and key account management
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in an international network organization
  • Willing to travel as required

Education

  • Higher education degree or work level
  • Excellent language skills in English and preferably two other European languages (written and  spoken)
