Manlift Middle East LLC is looking for a result oriented, dynamic individual to join our marketing team and drive our digital presence to new heights.

About the job

Responsible for the Marketing of Manlift’s Aerial Work Platforms with focus on online marketing and management. Develop and implement online marketing campaigns and marketing tools, generate and measure online traffic and online leads by means of research, analysis and marketing communication activities across Manlift Group

Your role as a Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Online Marketing: SEO and Google AdWords (optimisation and maintenance of qualified leads generated through external sites)
  • Marketing (online) strategy: Contributing on the online marketing strategy in conjunction with the budget.
  • Social media marketing: Creating unique and effective content for Manlift Social media channels to promote Manlift brand and enhance overall social media presence.
  • Projects: Email Marketing Campaigns, Website improvement and maintenance to generate more qualified leads and increase conversion rates directly.
  • Operational tasks: Administration, designing and creating appropriate promotional items such as leaflets for online campaigns with agencies.
  • Develops new initiatives that are designed to further Manlift’s mission.
  • Execute the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations etc.
  • Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity
  • Reviews various Marketing materials and suggest edits if needed.

Marketing Ops:

  • Gather and spread relevant customer, competitor and market information to internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate market research where required;
  • Monitor, evaluate the results of the marketing and communication activities using agreed KPI’s and adjust them as appropriate;
  • Define and monitor the use of different marketing and communication channels: intranet, internet sites, social media, public relations, sponsoring activities, promotional activities, local and international media, press releases, promotional materials, exhibitions.
  • Maintain and update company website.
  • Establish and maintain CRM database from marketing prospective 
  • Support HR, Commercial, Sales and SHEQ with marketing initiatives (Internally & externally).

Must Have

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of WordPress

Good to Have

  • Knowledge and experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge and experience with video editing
  • Knowledge and experience of Active Campaign or alternate email marketing tool
  • Knowledge and experience on Hootsuite

Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment / AWP rental market, with at least 3 – 4 years of
experience in rental sales and key account management
